How to report a problem with your property?

In order for us to fix any problems you have with your property your first point of call should be your property manger who’s details can be found on front of your tenancy pack. Alternately phone us:

  • Glasgow & the West: 0141 280 20 30  – Extension 3
  • Edinburgh & the East: 0131 510 50 60 – Extension 3
  • Aberdeen & the North: 01224 51 80 20 – Extension 3

Once your problem has been reported one of our Property Managers will be in touch to arrange the repair. Alternatively we may get an engineer to phone you directly to arrange (Please let us know if you wish differently).

 

Quick Help

  • Smell Gas? – Call the National Gas Emergency Service Immediately on 0800 111 999 (Open 24 hours).
  • No Power? – Have you checked there is money in the meters? Have any fuses gone?
